GFXstasy that is. A few sigs i've made for people in my shop on another site:
And renders aren't allowed on the site because of some homosexual copyright rule, so i had to stick with basic brushing and stuff.

The only problem I have with it is the blue one, it looks a little funky near the bottom right. Was that on purpose?

Ugh... Well, can you at least tell me what kind of forum it is? (ie: Line Rider, Online Game, GFX, etc.)
